KindNest Support team in a warm professional setting
Our story

Care Driven by

KindNest Support was founded on a simple belief — that every person deserves support that is both clinically excellent and genuinely human.

Who we are

Founded and led by a Registered Nurse and Psychologist

KindNest Support was established by a team with deep roots in healthcare — a Registered Nurse and a Psychologist who saw firsthand the gap between what NDIS participants needed and what was available to them.

We built KindNest to fill that gap. Our clinical backgrounds mean we understand disability, ageing, and devolopment care needs at a level most support providers simply cannot match. We bring that expertise to every interaction — not just in the services we deliver, but in how we listen, plan, and advocate for the people in our care.

Based in North-West Sydney, we support children, adults, and older persons across the community — always with the same commitment to dignity, safety, and genuine connection.
