Safe, reliable transport with a familiar face
Transport
Getting from A to B shouldn't be a source of stress. Our transport service provides safe, comfortable, and reliable travel assistance — so participants can get to where they need to go with confidence, accompanied by a trusted support worker they know.
This service includes:
- Transport to medical appointments
- Travel to community activities
- School and day program transport
- Shopping and errands
- Transport to allied health sessions

A clean, comfortable home environment
Domestic Services
A well-maintained home makes a real difference to wellbeing. Our domestic support helps participants maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment — covering everything from cleaning and laundry to meal preparation and grocery management.
This service includes:
- General house cleaning and tidying
- Laundry and ironing
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Grocery shopping and pantry management
- Dishes and kitchen hygiene
- Bin management and light garden tidying

Suited to participants who need assistance maintaining their home environment due to disability, illness, or reduced capacity.
Nurse-led recovery support at home
Post Surgery Assistance
Recovering from surgery at home is safer and more comfortable with the right support. Led by our Registered Nurse, our post operative care service provides professional clinical monitoring, wound care, medication management, and compassionate in-home assistance throughout your recovery.
This service includes:
- Encouragement to follow post-op routines and recommendations
- Vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration and management
- Monitoring general well-being
- Support to gradually return to everyday activities
- Personal care during recovery
Who is this for?
For individuals recovering from surgery who require professional nursing support and personal care assistance at home.

Our services are priced in line with the NDIS Price Guide. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Contact us to discuss your specific funding situation.
Pricing is available on request and aligned with the current NDIS Support Catalogue rates.
